Shipping & Delivery Policy
‘Homes by Kikkli’ is committed to ensure the highest quality standards in delivering your Products with robust packaging, usually within 5-6 days for Domestic Orders.
- For domestic orders, we offer free shipping for the orders above INR 5000.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout which will be based on the volumetric weight of the package.
- Shipping charges are normally between 100 INR to 500 INR, depending on the package volumetric weight.
- Our prices are all inclusive GST.
- We recommend you to provide all the necessary details like Mobile number, full shipping address and Pin code to ensure smooth delivery of the order.
- We recommend you to check the product as soon as you receive the package.
- Our Operational Hours are (IST) 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM [Monday to Saturday].
- Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not counted as business days for standard delivery.

Cancellation & Return Policy
‘Homes by Kikkli’ is committed to ensure the highest quality standards in delivering your Products. For any of the return related process we are here to help you.
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, you need to do it within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the Order has been cancelled before we have shipped your Item, your entire amount will be refunded to your account.
However, If the cancellation request is received after we have shipped your Order, Shipping charges will be deducted on the Order.
If you have received the defected product/packaging, please see the options for returning/exchanging your product.
Return criteria for the received products:
- If the product is damaged
- If a wrong Product is delivered to you.
- If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Please click here as soon as you have opened the Packaging to initiate Return. We will contact you as the earliest.
Also, If the Products are damaged during shipping, packaging looks damaged or tampered- Contact us immediately at +91-120- 4231070, +91-7827241137 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 4-5 business days, after we receive the Original package in our warehouse.
Once we receive the products/items in our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 48 hours. We offer replacements, only for the same product or design you have purchased, provided if it is in stock otherwise a refund will be made to your account after deducting the applicable shipping charges.
A Return request can be raised within 7 days from when the product is delivered to you. Please ensure that the products you return is unused with intact original tags and returned in the original packaging. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled by the shipping partners at the earliest.
Replacements/Exchanges will be offered based on availability of product. If the replacement product is not available, we'll be happy to offer you the refund (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days after the reverse package is received at our warehouse.
